These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by DIGI CONNECT PTY LTD ("DigiConnect", "we", "our", "us") including done-for-you marketing services, AI systems, consulting, onboarding, content management, automation, CRM integrations, and related digital services.
By engaging our services, submitting a contract, placing an order, signing a proposal, making a payment, or using any DigiConnect service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. DEFINITIONS

"Client" / "You" refers to the individual or business engaging DigiConnect services.
"Services" means consulting, DFY marketing, AI tools, system setup, automation, websites, CRM, content creation, branding, strategy, or subscriptions.
"Confidential Information" refers to non-public commercial, technical, or proprietary information shared between parties.
"Subscription Services" refers to recurring billing services such as AI-Employee, Social Growth, Growth 360, Team Plus, or platform access.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

DigiConnect provides marketing, automation, AI tools, consulting, design, development, and digital services as outlined in service proposals, agreements, and product pages.
No guarantee is made regarding revenue, sales outcomes, conversion rates, or business performance.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide accurate information, access, and approvals and comply with all legal regulations.

5. PAYMENTS & BILLING
----------------------------------------
Payments are in AUD & USD based on location. Subscriptions renew automatically. Late payments may incur fees and suspension of services.

6. CANCELLATIONS & TERMINATION
----------------------------------------
Fees already paid are non-refundable. We may terminate services for non-payment, misconduct, or breach of terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Client assets remain their property. Strategies, workflows, scripts, and systems remain DigiConnect’s intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

We integrate third-party platforms and are not responsible for outages or costs arising from use.

9. AI SERVICES DISCLAIMER
----------------------------------------
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed by the client. Outputs must not be used for medical, legal, or harmful purposes.

10. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

We are not liable for loss of income, business, data, or damages. Liability is limited to the previous 30 days' payments.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to protect confidential information.

12. PRIVACY & DATA

Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.
